About Us

Wild Orchid Photography was set up by Claire Upton, full time mother to two sons and enthusiastic photographer.

I have had an interest in photography since I was a little girl, and I'm sure anyone who knows me would tell you that I've always got a camera with me! Since having my children, my passion for photography has developed even more. I followed this passion as a hobby for some timeand I also obtained a qualification in digital photography through the Open University, so I decided to take this hobby further and set up Wild Orchid Photography.

Wild Orchid Photography has been created to offer a friendly, relaxed and informal photography service.

We provide a professional portrait service, and are also available to book for events such as childrens parties, Christenings, Weddings and other such social events. You can even just book us for a fun photo shoot with family, friends or other special people in your lives at a chosen location. I would also be able to fulfill any photography requirements you may have within the property market or corporate services.

I also currently run drop-in portrait photograph sessions at a local toddler art group, Krafty Tots, so if you are interested in finding out when the next one of these photographic sessions will be held, then pop along to the group for more information.
